It is extracted from manually harvested, matured, cleaned and ripened white guavas.
Our white guava pulp is made from selected fully ripe fruit, which were collected and transported to the processing units. Fruits are then inspected, washed, blanched, cleaned of seeds and pits. Next comes the pasteurization processes - shock heating at t + 72ºC.
The preparation process also includes cutting, de-stoning, refining and packing. In case of aseptic packaging, the pulp is sterilized and then packed into aseptic bags.
The sweet flavor and vitamin C makes white guava pulp ideal for commercial use in number of products like cakes, tarts, muffins, pie-fillings, toppings, cereals, juices, strained fruit, fruit desserts, fruit drinks etc.
Our products are supplied with a guarantee of food security, which is based on such certificates as: HACCP, ISO, USFDA.
